The hotel had a great central location, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and eat. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the hotel, great to stay connected and share our trip with friends and family.
The lack of parking facilities. It was quite challenging to find a parking spot nearby, and we had to walk a fair distance with our luggage.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and there is a beautiful park nearby. The rooms are full of character, with original features and stylish decor. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a lift for easy access to the rooms.
Some guests have mentioned that the standard rooms could use some improvement in terms of amenities and size.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue, which was situated very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room service was excellent, and we could easily hire a car or bicycle. The staff was helpful and attentive, providing good recommendations and accommodating our needs. In addition, the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with great garden furniture.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the superb breakfast, with its variety and delicious taste. Despite our room lacking a view, it was still comfortable and had efficient AC, although it could have been better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges.
